Authorized use & file ownership

Access is for the map’s rights holder or an authorized requester.

Recovery and payments are not open.

This policy separates today’s website from the requirements for a future paid service.

Permission comes first

Request access only if you hold the necessary rights or have permission covering the specific map and work. If acting for a vehicle owner, workshop or employer, confirm your authority includes the map, not just the vehicle or computer.

Evidence and disputed ownership

A future request may need evidence of ownership or authorization. Do not submit identity documents or private correspondence through this local-check page. Requests may be refused or paused where permission is unclear, disputed or inconsistent with the work.

Uses outside the service

The service is not intended to obtain someone else’s confidential tune, bypass a software licence, defeat paid entitlements, access stolen files or infringe a tuner’s, customer’s or vendor’s rights. Restoring access does not grant additional redistribution rights.

Keep control of the original

Keep an unchanged original and an independent backup. Remove unrelated personal or confidential information before any future submission. We do not claim ownership of customer files; recovery does not authorize publishing or reselling a map.

How this applies today

The current site does not accept uploads or requests. Local-check acknowledgements explain the intended rules; they do not submit a file, transfer rights, create an order or form blanket consent to future processing.
