This policy separates today’s website from the requirements for a future paid service.
Current payment status
There is no active checkout, deposit, payment address, subscription or credit sale on Ecufilerecovery.com. We do not request payment details or accept recovery orders through this pre-launch site. A local check or sample preview creates no payment obligation.
Proof and price before payment
The planned service follows a verify-first model. A supported recovery must produce file-specific evidence before purchase. The exact deliverable, currency, total, taxes or fees and refund terms must be visible before payment. An unsupported or failed recovery must not trigger a recovery charge.
A result that does not work as described
For a future paid order, an incorrect recovered password, corrupted delivered file or failure to open in the agreed software requires a file-specific review. If the result fails the agreed scope, the recovery charge will be refunded in full or the issue resolved with the customer’s agreement. Successful access recovery does not promise a safe engine calibration.
Duplicate charges and credit errors
Duplicate payments, unverified charges and credits deducted for failed recoveries must be investigated and corrected. A refund must not be replaced with store credit without agreement. Pack prices, unused-credit terms and any validity conditions must be published before credits are sold.
Refund route and timing
Before checkout opens, the support channel, request process, response expectations and provider refund timing will be published. Approved refunds will use the original payment method where feasible. Settlement delays or an alternative route must be explained. No unverified processing deadline is promised on this pre-launch site.
Consumer rights and disputes
These principles do not remove non-waivable consumer rights, statutory remedies or the right to raise a dispute with a payment provider. A working contact channel and final paid-service terms are requirements before any money is accepted.
